TruePulse provides a 99.9% uptime SLA for its diagnostic laboratory platform. Maintenance and updates are performed to ensure continuous clinical performance.
Laboratory owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their staff accounts. All clinical reports generated must be verified by a qualified pathologist or doctor before delivery.
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days' notice. We do not offer refunds once the service month has commenced.
The automated WhatsApp reporting system is provided to enhance patient delivery speed. Misuse of the reporting channel for non-clinical or marketing purposes is strictly prohibited.
While TruePulse provides pre-calibrated test templates, final responsibility for the accuracy of reference ranges and patient results remains with the laboratory's signing doctor.
